MTR Traceability
Every piece of material is traceable to its original mill test report. We maintain full documentation from raw material receipt through finished product shipment, ensuring complete chain-of-custody for your quality requirements.
Weld Inspection
All welds are visually inspected per AWS D18.1 or customer specifications. We perform hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing, dye penetrant inspection, and radiographic examination as required.
Passivation (Nitric & Citric)
We offer both nitric acid and citric acid passivation per ASTM A967 and ASTM A380. Passivation removes free iron and surface contaminants, restoring the chromium oxide layer for maximum corrosion resistance.
Cleanliness for Fluid Systems
Components are cleaned, dried, and capped per project specifications. We support cleanliness levels for data center cooling, pharmaceutical, and high-purity fluid systems requiring particle-free surfaces.
